Cost so far Nov 2009 - Feb 2010
Joye 510 = 45 (I know could have gotten them cheaper)
Joye 510 = 45
Johnson Creek Welcome pack = 40
PCC ~ 25
USB Passthrough = 22
USB Passthrough = 22
125ml of Plain Nic juice 60 mg = 37
3 oz Tasty Vapor 48mg = 45
Perfume Apprentice Multiple flavors = 24
CVS VG = 6
10 Atties = 80
Probably another 100 along the way for more atties and juice

Total ~ 500 bucks
Real Cigarettes ~ 400

During this phase I would go a week or two without a real Cigarette, then smoke about half a pack to a pack a day. A few times had equipment failures and would get up to two packs a day. Odd part was when I smoked I missed the 510. Since then I learned that the atties weren’t dead, I just wasn’t taking care of them. I also started making my own juice in February. Since February 6th, I have been 100% smoke free

Feb 2010 - June 2010
125ml of Plain Nic Juice 60 mg = 33
Joye 510 =35

So Far 68 Bucks. I only bought another kit because even though I bought 2 kits in the beginning, I loaned a charger and 1 battery to a friend….Never got em back . One battery is laying at the bottom of Kentucky Lake , and another battery I have no clue where it disappeared to . My last battery is working like a champ, but had to borrow a battery from a friend, because as everyone knows, 510 batteries don’t last. Just lost the LED cover on my last good battery also :(

Total Cost 68 bucks
0 Cigarettes - (750)

Grand total (With Cost of Cigarettes included) 209 Bucks One more month smoke free and I will have completely recovered all of my money. :toast:

The only thing that I plan on purchasing in the near future is an eGo for the extended battery and a few more atties (don’t need, but want to try a few LR) since I still have tons of juice and flavors. So maybe 100 bucks more. Still coming out ahead. Gotta love it

Just thought I would share and see what your cost have been like

Lets see, I started out with a RN4081 (smokingeverywhere) which cost me 50 bucks online.
Bought a 15 dollar bottle of Johnson creek chocolate.
Spent 50 on a starter kit 510 from healthcabin.
Spent about 15 dollars more on some more chocolate and some dr pepper flavor.
Spent 22 on orange, cherry, and watermelon.
Spent 10 on building a 5 volt box mod with drip system.
Spent 45 on 4 14500 protected lipo cells and 5 atomizers
Spent 30 on ry4, coffee, and 2 more atomizers of a different off brand for comparison
Spent 22 for more ry4 and coffee
Spent 6 for 2 bottles of VG from walmart.
265 dollars total, started when I opened the account for this forum. Not too bad really ^_^

I keep a spreadsheet of all my purchases with a couple of formulas to determine my exact savings as compared to analogs. I started vaping on Feb 11th. So far I've spent $623.84 on an eGo, supplies and juice. Since I was a 2 pk a day smoker, I would have spent $1,320.94 if I'd continued on the analogs. I'm good with that.
