my dealing with SmokeStik

since smokestik did me rite and went above and beyond for me on a order of 50 Cartridges and 2 Atomizer that worked poorly i would like to thank them

about 2 weeks ago i ordered SmokeStik Cartridges (50-PacK) that came with a free 50 pack of Cartridges and 2 free atomizers for 64.95 it souded like a great deal

now mind you i am very new to this E-Cig stuff i had just got my SmokeStik starter kit at a local store by me 2 weeks befor this order and was very happy with them

but when my cartridges came in the first few didnot even work and nether did one of the atomizers

they where shipped out of NC were i am from so i tryed to call them there but the call back number was a fax machine, that ...... me off alittle so i went to the website and got the main office number and called that

they where very nice and cared and went out of there way to fix the problem they sent me 5 packs of SmokeStik Cartomize to makeup for the cartridges and explaned to me that the cartomize work and tast better then the cartridges also the manager from where i guess they shipped the cartridges from in NC called and apologized for the fax number debacle

and since i see they are on this forum id like to thank them and will definitely do alot more business with them and share my outstanding dealing i had with them .... thank you SmokeStik

Wife and I started with SmokeStik nearly one year ago and stayed with them for four months. I can't say anything bad about them because they got us off cigarettes the very first day and we haven't had a cigarette since. Of course we've moved on but that little RN4081 Smokestik is the one that got us started.
