My dog HATES me vaping! She saw vapor come out of me and ran in the other room and hasn't had her tail out from between her legs. Poor gal! I'm vaping 0 mg nic, so I guess it's just the vision that's freaking her out- understandable, as she's never seen me smoke before.

Anyone else's pets seem totally scared of vaping?

My cat freaks out and runs away when I start drawing on my 510. I think it may make a high pitched whistle that I cannot hear. Similar to a dog whistle. I always feel bad so I typically just use my ProVari around her because she doesn't seem to mind it.

My dogs love it one actually sticks his nose into it. It's like he's making sure it's not smoke he hates cig smoke. But then again maybe it's the cooling sensation on his nose. Either way he likes it.

My dog's the same way. At first he was smelling the air, then when I blew out some vapor he ran away. He thinks balloons and bubbles are scary too tho.

My cat does not mind the vapor. He hated smoke, but the vapor does not seem to concern him at all. As long as he can sleep on my lap in a smoke free room, he is happy.

LOL, I bet that if you tried some of the crazy flavors your pets might like it... I've seen Roast Beef, Roast Chicken, Smokey Bacon, and Peanut Butter... pretty interesting... lol wonder if the animals can smell that...

I think it's just because it's something new- I know that if I saw clouds of white gas pouring from someone's head for the first time I'd be pretty freaked out, too.

That is bizarre! Was your dog like that when you smoked analogs too?

My daughter's dog at first was just wondering what's that cloud... was a bit scared, but after a few days started actually to lick the vapors. BTW, he absolutely hated the smoke from cigarettes.

she's never seen me smoke an analog. I really think it's just seeing stuff come out of me that's freaking her out! She's normally a very chill dog- 13 years old, sweetest thing.

I gave my dog lots of love before and then during me vaping. Now he doesn't care. My dogs a chow chow so I know its something about his breed not liking any thing new.

One of our dogs puts her nose into the vapor and then tries to lick it, but she has always been pretty strange. She absolutely hated smoke when I was smoking.

The vast majority of vapers, throughout the (years almost) time I've been here, report that their dogs and cats are much happier with vapor than smoke. But if I'm not mistaken, you should not blow vapor directly at a cat, because they can have PG sensitivities.
