Yesterday I opened by mistake the Cartomizer, and I think I detached the little wire from somewhere because I can't make it work again. Do you know any way to fix it?

It would be best to throw that cartomizer out and use a new one. Hopefuly you didn't short anything out.

What type of carto?
You might have just unscrewed the coil a bit. See if tightening the coil back down fixes the problem. If you're using some kind of BCC, the coil assembly will have a post sticking up (pointing toward the mouthpiece).

Before I'd buy a new battery/power device, I'd replace the delivery device / topper / (thing that threads on top of the battery that holds & vaporizes the juice). That's what appears to be broken.
Any delivery device / topper that threads / screws onto your battery will work.
Might be a good idea to ask around the UK forums to see if you can find more shops that sell vape gear near your area.

I looks an OK shop, why not. They sell CE4s for £4.99 which is not good (I get less then 2 days vaping on a CE4) but otherwise, hard to argue.
Don't buy the Vamo kit though. If you want a Vamo (I have a V5) buy the "tube" mod and get your own batteries.
BUT, You need some clearomisers as soon as you can get them. If you can buy off the internet, look here

Ah, I see. If you like top coil clearomizer type tanks, I use a Vivi Nova. I never seem to have any trouble with it. It may not be the newest or fanciest topper, but it never lets me down.
