My e-cigg went swimming.

Yep I went swimming with my 901,lol it sucks.I put it in shorts pocket and forgot,I jumped in the lake and when I got out the shock hit me,not literally thank goodness! But yep reached down and pulled out my dripping wet 901.Luckily I have back ups but wow that sucks.Funny though I let it dry over night and it works kinda,lol.It will smoke and lite up but then when I set it down it starts smoking on it's own and I have to disconnect the battery.Has this happened to anyone else or something close?

I didn't drop it in the toilet, or go swimming with it, but I used to have a 401 that sent smoke vape signals out of my pocket every once and a while

I dropped my in a toilet. My favorite way is to carry behind my ear (construction will do that to you). Needless to say, new order was on it's way in the next day.

Long time ago.
I dropped mine in a pan of rice and water the led started flashing non stop.
Fished it out and dried it it worked fine.

The switch may be stuck.

Try blowing out the battery put the led end in your mouth and give it a good hard blow.

Also try gently tapping it on the edge of the table.

Same here. A pocket is a bad place to keep a M401. Even in the small "hidden" pockets. The slightest air movement in a confined space can switch them on. And if you aren't drawing on it when it's on, it tends to flood e-juice into the battery.

Same thing I was gonna ask. If it were mine, it would stay there.

Water does not hurt electronics - unless there is power to it. My e-cig that I dropped in the pool 5 weeks ago still works fine. The most important thing is to make sure there is no remaining moisture b4 you try it.

I accidentally put a manual 510 battery in the washing machine over the weekend... oops.

Fished it out, let it dry for 48 hours, just now tried it and to my surprise, it works fine! Yay.

Lesson learned - those tiny jeans pockets that are inside your regular jeans pockets are not a good place to keep a spare battery...

Well nice to hear I'm not the only one so thanks,peeps.Yeah it seem's to be dead now for good.I charged it yesturday and tried it and the blue led doesn't light up anymore and nothing happens so oh well.
