I started vaping 4 months ago. Bought an SVD and an MVP 2.0 all real with scratch off codes. The MVP 2.0 stopped charging at 3 months. It's dead. Your distributer is no help and neither are you. Now 2 weeks later your SVD fire button has gone insane. Flashes, Fires, Turns off. It's a pile of junk. I can get a decent hit maybe one out of 20 presses. You don't support the junk you sell, and I wouldn't support it either. It's junk.

I'm going to go start buying something else. Anything else. Your stuff is pretty, but it is junk that doesn't last. smok Winders are 10 times more reliable than the crap you sell and won't support.

Well, that sucks. I hope my MVPs last longer than three months. I received my first one earlier this week and ordered a backup unit last night. If I get six months out a single unit, I'll be happy. That'll average out to about $6/month.

From the MVP manual:

Please consult with Innokin official distributors for their
warranty and return policy. Innokin’s warranty does
not apply to products purchased through third party
vendors.

Where did you buy it?

Innokin is on FB and they do reply if I have a question. Let them know what vendor you purchased it from. If it's fasttech you are out of luck. Same goes with some Ebay sellers.

You can't compare a MVP 2 to Provari. One is a throw away and the other is mod which is made to last for more then a year. For the price of one Provari, batteries, and charger you can purchase 6 MVP 2's.

Who did you get it from?

The reason Innokin (as well as a great many other companies) have the distributor/retailer deal with this is that Innokin has no idea when you bought it, and whether it was from a legit vendor, or used, etc. The guy who sold it to you knows all that, and should be the one to take care of you. If he hasn't, complain to Innokin about HIM. That's much more likely to get a positive result than your e-mail.

I totally agree. The email was empty concerning facts.

Is this your first email to the company? Is this email a response to Innokin or the vendor denying support?
I'm confused as to the point of the email. Even more confusing is the purpose of posting it here. Trolling for Invoking haters or grammar Nazis?

I had a similar experience. I bought a VV3 and then shortly after bought two more. The first one got flaky to the point I didn't want to use it after two mouths. The vender (registered on ECF) only offered a one month warranty. Innokin states that there should be a six month warranty, but they didn't return any emails. Number two is dying after six months. While I won't likely buy any more Innokin products, from what I've read, I doubt any of the other Chinese manufacturers are any better when it comes to reliability. I couldn't afford a ProVari, so I bought a mech with a Evolv Kick 2. So far so good.

All the more reason to purchase a Provari.

Why Provari?

Full one year warranty, option to purchase a second year at checkout, continued support for life after warranty expiration.

Or a mech. No warranty needed whatsover provided you have a half working brain.

P.S.
starting to wonder why Innokin is as popular as they are. I dont know anyone that had an innokin device last longer than 3 months tops (with regular use)
