I didn't think it would be as small as it really is, it is so hard to tell in pictures. Make sure to grab a couple of extra batteries...hehe...big diff between 2000mah and 800!

Also forgot to mention, this is absolutely true! I am looking for a few new batteries and a decent charger for them. Any suggestions on the charger? Preferably I would like to find one that can also charge the larger stock battery.

Sorry I was mistaken, I thought you could just use the extensions, that come with it, and you are right, it isn't listed. there are these little bushings, you screw in to make the other size batteries fit, it works great for my regular evic batteries. I do not have any of these 18350's or I would try it. once again sorry

Haven't got a ego yet, still doing the regular E-cig/cart(V2). Looked at the eVic and it looks cool, but may be a little out of my pocketbook range.
When I do get a ego I am wondering if I will be able to use my Duracell AA Ni-MH charger. If its not useable on all ego bats, then I most likely will shop for a ego that uses a bat that will charge on my Duracell.

High Desert has the eVic listed for $139.95, but use the coupon code eVic and it knocks $70.00 off the price.

Did you mean eGo or eVic? Anyway in either case the answer is no. With the eVic the battery is between the size of a AA and a C battery so it wouldn't fit. Besides you can recharge the battery using the USB port on the control head. Just connect a microUSB cable and plug it into your PC.

Most, if not all, eGo style batteries don't have replaceable cells. They are charged by attaching a USB dongle (much like screwing in a 510 cartomizer) and then plugging it into a USB port.
