Hey All-
I just wanted to give a shout out to Vixen Vapors. Here's the story....
I ordered a sample of French Vanilla and liked it a lot so I then ordered a 30ml because....I LIKED IT A LOT!!!
I sent them an email explaining that the taste was a bit 'spicey' and not like the sample that I enjoyed so much. I also
asked them if there was something they could send to add to it to counter that taste.
They not only apologized profusely but they are also sending a replacement 30ml bottle and want feedback on it to ensure my satisfaction. I was floored. As a noobie I have spent so much money on e-juice that tastes nothing like the description and I never
expected this level of customer service. These people are a pleasure to do business with and they have my loyalty.
I would like to ask everyone to please take a look at their website, try something out as I feel its the least I can do
to express my gratitude to them and also its important to share with my vaping community a positive experience.
