My favorite delivery device thus far was the EVOD BCC.....recommend something for me!

Okay guys, here's the deal. So far, my favorite delivery device has been the EVOD BCC. I absolutely LOVE it, except for one problem --its made from polycarb material. I'm basically looking for something similar, except made from pyrex, or polypro.

It seems like the closest thing might be the Smoktech Aro, what do you guys think?

I recently bought a pro tank 2, and I like it about the same as the PT1, with the added bonus of being able to vape cinnamon flavored eliquid out of it (the cinnamon melted the glue in my PT1).


It seems like the Smoktech Aro is the obvious choice, but is there something else you guys would recommend?

I'm even up for suggestions that aren't similar to the EVOD BCC.....if someone thinks the delivery device is good enough to mention.

I was going to suggest the dbox Puritank but that is still made with a glued in glass tank. It is supposed to be coming in a redesigned format - basically same redesign at the PT2. Keep an eye on Ikenvape.com for news about when that's coming.

I have a couple of the pyrex Aros, and they vape pretty well. If you like the Evod, you'll probably like them as well.

Another option might be the Davide Glassomizer (or mini version). Similar to the PT2, no glue, comes all the way apart for cleaning. Or the PT2 itself?

The Aspire has been getting good reports around ECF, and I think there's a glass one in that line.

If you're not specifically married to the outer metal jacket of the Evods, I'd say why not go with either the Mini Protank 2 or the mini Davide?

I've got a few Mini PT2s and love them. Easy to fill, nice clean vape, easy to disassemble and clean when you drastically change flavours. Plus your Evod and Protank coils work in both (which is also true of the Davide).

It gets stuck with every turn when screwing on the base, I can hardly get a draw from it, it keeps gurgling.......I think maybe the one I got is defective? I'm thinking of contacting the vendor and asking for an exchange.

Sounds like the base is defective, have you tried putting the base from your Protank 1 onto the Protank 2 to see if that is the problem?

I prefer my EVODs over my Protank. The Protank works but I don't like the metal tip, it's noisier to draw from--too airy, it gurgles when it gets low, the o-ring that seals the atomizer base to the tank likes to disappear and it's more picky about being screwed onto my eGo batteries. Oh, and it's heavy! I also have a mini PT2 with the removeable tip but I haven't filled it yet so I can't comment on it yet. I only ordered the Protank & mini PT2 because of folks stating that cinnamon was melting or shattering their polycarbonate clearos. Cinnamon-Apple was my all day vape at the time. I put it in the Protank to be safe but set aside an EVOD for experiments.
