Hey guys, this was my first attempt at a 510 box mod.. So far it has worked great, im switching between a regular 510 atty, and a cartomizer. They both seem to work quite well.

Looks and sounds like a Great finished mod. Love it when they come out working. :thumb:

So does it stop there or what`s next? You know that 14500 will fit into a bunch of stuff.
Welcome to the modding world.

Thanks. i thought for sure that i would mess up the box on the first one.. modding is addicting as you probably already know.. i'm thinking of trying a 5v mod next.. then maybe trying to make a juicebox, although im not certain how they work yet.. i just dont want to open the case and have to squeeze the bottle every couple mins.. lol.

looks really nice! that switch is not from madvapes is it?

good eye! no the switch is from radioshack.. i went there first to see if i could gather up everything i needed instead of having to order online because i didn't want to wait for it to ship lol.. i couldn't find a rechargable 14500 or a 510 connector (after attempting to make one out of a shoulder bushing but my taps werent fine threaded enough) so i decided to order. i did get a horn style switch from madvapes that i plan on putting in the next one!

Muddy,
good job.

Box, big battery, other odd and ends are cheaper than most factory batteries, and charge capacity is out of this world. I haven't bought a single factory battery in about a year. 18650s are my choice and I'm not skeerd to carry a mod in public.

You are now infected with the incurable cantstopmodinitis. Best of luck.
and remember that the dollar store lady can be a real friend :)
$1 reading glasses (3.5 diopter) can fix fuzzy cell phone macro photos.
