We'll....tonight I tackled my first micro coil build on my own and I must say it turned out fairly well! I do not have an ohm meter yet because the dude I bought it from off eBay sent me a Stillare V2 clone instead which actually worked out because I wouldn't have been able to do what I have done so far since my other rda won't be here until Tuesday.

Only issue I'm having is varying resistance readouts on my MVP 2. Right now it is reading 1.7, but I've seen it jump as high as 2.3 while I was vaping on it. Not too concerned since I am using my MVP to check the ohms which is fairly unconventional.

For my very first build I am very pleased!! And it does "okay" on the MVP, but I'm hoping for better results when the Akuma gets here Tuesday!

need to tighten your post screw's. That's the #1 culprit for varying ohm readings. #2 is a loose center pin.

Other than that, looks like a decent first build. Next time roll 2 extra loops, then pull 1 loop off each end, by pulling each leg back and spin around the wrapping mandrel. This will give you better end wraps.

Once I get my damn ohm meter I can really experiment with some other builds! I thought this was really gonna turn into a pissing match, but it went better than expected.

I do see myself like the 26650 mods and attys better though.....these damn RDAs are too damn small!!

But these "small rda's" have much better flavor.
