Well I just joined tonight finally after trolling the forums here for awhile and I also finally went ahead and purchased my first kit after looking at them for months. There is so much information on this stuff it is crazy and it seems like it is kind of to each his own on what model everyone likes so I decided to start out with the Vapor King.

Here is what I ended up getting: (double kit with a few extras)

  • 2 Rechargeable Lithium batteries
  • 2 High Intensity Atomizers
  • 1 5-pack of Cartridges (Your choice of strength, flavor, prefilled or empty)
  • 1 Free Bottle of eliquid (Non-Nicotine, tobacco Flavored)
  • 1 bottle of cherry eLiquid (low)
  • 5 refillible cartridges
  • and a carrying bag
Hopefully this will be good to start with for now. I currently smoke anywhere from 2-10 cigs a day right now and since I have started exercising and doing cardio, it made me actually lean towards an e-cig since it seems I will be able to breathe a little better.

So do you guys have any tips or tricks I need to know with this stuff? While I have looked around quite a bit on here I am sure there are tons of things I have missed and any input is welcome :)

Well, I finally got my VK in and at first I was a little dissappointed but I guess I just had to give the atomizer a "break in" period. Now it works great and produces decent vapor. I am thinking that the low was not a wise choice since I used to like the idea of being able to hot box a cig and get a buzz going.

I am not able to do that with an e-cig right? Doesnt that hurt the atomizer if I dont let it rest between pulls? And since I def want to be able to get that good old nic buzz, should I use a medium or high for the next e-liquid I get? Right now I have two 10ml of low. One tobacco flavored and the other is cherry. Only tried the cherry so far and I actually like it. Any other suggestions on things to do from you guys?

And thanks for the welcomes :)
