Just picturing how badly the package must've been abused and tossed around in-transit makes me ill... especially given the fact that NT packages their bottles expertly.
John, that's what I was thinking when I first saw your picture...the outside of the box looked good. Not squished or damaged in any way. Puzzling...
True, your attitude is certainly commendable. Nicoticket is well known for their great customer service, but having said that, I still don't think I would have handled it with quite as much grace as you.

Ouch, I've had that happen with a juice that wasn't Nicoticket. I had ordered 5 bottles from a company, upon receiving it, there was 2 broken bottles inside and the box looked like it was ran over by a truck. The owner made it better, I was compensated and was given 4 bottles for the troubles, but all the post office did was put a "sorry" note and stuck it in a zip lock bag haha

Good that they put it in a ziplock bag, that way you could still vape the drippings. Distortoblotto, have you given any thought to cutting up that wet cardboard box into strips and using them for wicks?
