My first Freedom SMokes Experience

I am brand new to vaping and predictably did not order enough e liquid to last until my next shipment was to arrive. :ohmy:

Based on the things I have read here decided to order from Freedom Smoke USA. After placing my order with express shipping I e-mailed them to ask how long it might be before they actually ship, explaining that I was out of liquid and desperate. I got an e-mail back from them saying with the move into the new place things are kind of crazy but they would try to get it out that day. (Wed. 13th)

As it turns out they did get the package in the mail around 5:30 pm and I got it this morning Friday the 15th with a sample of applewood.

I am vaping butterscotch at the moment and loving it. It is sweet but not overly so and has a nice throat hit with my Magma cartomizers. The max boro is outstanding as well.

The thing I really like is the blunt syringe. It fits perfectly in the fill holes on my cartomizers. Now I just need to learn to fill them without flooding. :unsure:

Overall my experience with them was fantastic. I am a small business owner myself and know the craziness that can ensue during a move. My order was at the post office within hours and I can't over state how much I appreciate that.

I won't be ordering e-liquid from anyone else.

My next order is all ready placed but I won't need to stalk the mailman this time.

PS I love the personalized invoice. Seeing the hand written thank you's is a nice touch.

I have had good experiences except for since last Thursday...Guess they are too busy. I got a reply from David last Thursday saying that they would take care of me when they came back from vacation. Ok. Finally on Wed. I emailed again asking where I was in the process...still no answer. I am assuming they are still swamped but if they can take care of some I would hope they started with stuff left from before vacation. I understand if they are busy...but something at this point would be better than nothing.
I still love their juice and will still keep ordering but.....

We have all had similar experiences in our dealings with David & Pam. That is one of the reasons that FSUSA is a the top of my supplier's list.

Since my first order from FSUSA I've stopped ordering from anywhere else. I've even been getting my hardware from them now, I just moved up to the eGo and I am loving it.
