So I mixed up my first batch yesterday! Tasted awesome straight after mixing! I have honestly never had Mothers Milk, but there is a local shop here that makes a liquid called Boosted. I fell in love with that, and heard it was similar to the MM. I couldnt find a recipe for the Boosted, so I threw this MM recipe together, and I cant tell a difference. Im so impressed. I went ahead and mixed up an extra 50ml bottle that is steeping right now. There is a very slight aftertaste that I cant put my finger on, that id like to mellow out somehow, but not sure what it is. But so far, im loving it!!

there are a few different recipes posted in this thread, which one did you use?
Thanks

I used this one, added just a touch more strawberry. Noticed yesterday the overall flavor was a tad bit strong for my taste, so I cut it down a little bit and that helped a lot. (I had 70 ml made up, so I cut it with 15ml of a 12mg pg/vg base mix). Also, Ive had it steeping for a few days now. Tried it this morning and it is awesome now!! Cant imagine it getting any better.

6% Ripe Strawberry
6% Cheese Cake (LA)
2% Vanilla Custard
3% Bavarian Cream
3% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
2% Sweet Cream
1% Sweetener

I made it 2 days ago and have not tried it, how long should I wait to try this version?

I see a lot of posts where people ask 'how long to steep"? My advice is based on the fact that it is very cheap to make an 8-15 ml mix. I generally try a touch right away, then make a tasting notes. Then I try it again in a few days. Update my notes. Then again in a few weeks. More notes. If it sucks, I stash it away for a month or more, sometimes 6 months. At some point if it has promise (and generally sooner than later) I make a larger batch.

If you ask everyone's advice, you'll never know how long for it to get where you like it. And, when you ask someone else's advice, you're really asking how long does it need to steep until they like it. Don't lose sight of the fact that each 1ml taste probably costs a dime to make.

I made 2 60ml 2 days ago and its delicious, and its like sweet strawberry cream... I mix all the flavors first then boiling hot water bath, then shake and then bath again then add the all the VG's after then shake and then bath again and another shake and then steep for 2 days with cap open and its good to go....
