My First HC order

I am very excited to place my first Health Cabin order (order #84418) for 66 packs of Boge regular resistance stainless steel cartomizers. With the sale price, free shipping and the additional 10% coupon the price is half what I have been paying on quantity orders here in the US. I will be interested to see how long they take to process, ship and arrive. I will report back my experience.

Attaboy!! That's the way to do it.. HC's prices cannot be beat when they have their sales on. As for arrival, if you've chosen the EMS option, you should have it in your hands around this time next week. The fastest I've had an EMS order show up is 4 days from the date they shipped it.

Between me and my wife we vape 20+ flavors and have as many tanks. This should be a 6 month supply and at 66¢ a piece it alot better than $1.20 a piece.

So, here's the kicker. You got the free shipping, but if it's coming DHL, expect to pay handling fees and taxes dependent on the amount of the invoice. Usually around 10% or more, which if it is over 250 could well run you over 25 dollars, making the free shipping worthless. For your sake, I hope that does not happen but it has happened to me in the past where a courier service such as DHL or UPS have been used for product.

I'd like to know how you make out, if you don't mind updating when you receive the package.

Well if I am charged some COD amount that would not be acceptable. I did not choose DHL. It was rather unexpected. The HC website says all free shipping will be delivered EMS.

Prices are good, free shipping is great,,, my question is what if something is wrong with the order or you need to get something replaced on warranty,, like say an Ego Batt or two go bad on day 3, 6 or 10 what happens then ? just curious ? do we have to ship everything back and pay for shipping ? how does customer service like this work, or how does HC handle these things when something isnt right or there is a problem ?

So I contacted DHL regarding my waybill and they said that there "may" be import duties and taxes depending on what customs does. If that happens, DHL contacts me prior to delivery. The expected delivery date in Monday, May 14 so that is 5 days after I placed my order. We will see what happens. I don't see how duties and taxes can be avoided through the use of any other shipping method such as EMS.

You do have to send defective product back for warranty issues, and they then ship you a replacement. Depending on what it is, you just dump it and buy again.

That's because EMS hands off to Canada Post who take over once it hits Canada unlike DHL, UPS or FedEX that are courier companies and can potentially charge Handling and Clearing fees.
