UPDATE: I placed my order on Wednesday, May 9 at 5:00 pm Pacific time. Got shipping notice from HC about 6 hours later with DHL tracking number and was able to immediately track it on DHL and saw that it had left FUJIAN PROVINCE - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC. Friday morning it left Hong Kong. Saturday it arrived in Los Angeles and cleared customes within an hour. Monday morning it arrived at the delivery center and is out for delivery. I called DHL and they said that the amount of the purchase did not require duties, taxes or any fees if it is below $200. Though the purchase was $227 US dollars from HC, DHL has the amount marked as $87 for some reason. It is supposed to be here by 2 pm but no later than 8pm. I will post an update when the package is delivered.

FINAL UPDATE: Package arrived just 4 days and a few hours after ordering. Outstanding, especially considering that two of the days were weekend days. Arrived to my home Monday morning at 10:30 am PST via DHL. I ordered 66-5 packs of Boge Standard Resistence Stainless Steel Cartomizers or 330 total units. Packaging was sturdy and no signs of damage. The contents were packed neatly. The waybill listed the "value" at $82.50 USD. So, I am guessing that though the purchase price was $227, the price paid by HC was $82, hence the ability to list that as the value and avoid the duty charge. Anything under $200, according to DHL is not charged any fees. So, in the future, I guess that I can order over twice the amount and still avoid any additional fees.

The cartos appear to be of good quality. I am noticing some differences in them that I have not seen in ones that I have purchased from US vendors. But, I have noticed differences in ones received from US vendors as well. They all have come in the same black and white boxes with the same labling printend on the box. Then there is the sticky lable that says 510D Stainless. However, I have had the designation "STD" on that label as well. Some I got from Vaperbeast had that on them as well as the indiviual clear plastic wrapping. I recently got some from Stormy's Vapor Cellar and they all had the letters "SE" on each of the individual plastic wrapper. What the heck is SE?

On this batch from HC, there is no ohm resistence designation. However, I have seen that before from ones recieved from US vendors. What I have never seen before is the fact that both condoms are short. There is not a long and and short one. And, the silicon pin on these are built into one side of one of the condoms. So, it has always made me curious as to why there are so many different types of packaging variences with Boge cartos. I imagine that Boge is streamlining packaging to save money, or there are several different manufacturing plants, or (worse case scenerio) there are alot of bootlegs.

I checked all the boxes and all are the same. The quantity ordered was the quantity received. I took one carto out and examined it to others I have received from US vendors. I compared it to 4 different batches. There are no noticable differences. I tested the ohm on the just one so far. 2.8. That is typical. I usually get 2.8 to 3.0. I puched it, filled it and stuck in a tank and vaped it. Workes perfectly.

So my inital conclusion is that I could not be happier with my first experience with HC. I will have to see over the next few months to see if there are any duds, how many and how each one performs (in lifespan) as compared to others I have used in the past. I know there were some recent reports of Boge cartos causing juice to turn dark quickly or not lasting but a day. I have never experience that with any. Depending on the juice I use, they last anywhere between 6ml and 30ml. Dark VG bakery flavors tend to last about 6ml or so. Clear fruit flavors that are 70/30 VG/PG tend to last the longest.

Again, I would like to send my appreciation to HC for great prices and great shipping and, what appears to be quality product. As it stands now, I would recommend them to anyone and I will order from them in the future. I will update as the weeks/months go by.

Newsunshine. I'm happy you read my post. I was hoping you might address the packaging differences I have experienced with different batches of Boge cartos that I detailed above. The inconsistencies give some pause as to authenticity, but I'm sure an explanation would quell such concerns.

I read every post here.
yes. we hate the unconsistance too.
A customer has returned us a few samples of defective 510D carto. We will send them to Boge when we get them.
boge will look into it and send us a reply. :)

Sunshine, I think something was lost in the traslation. I am not concerned about defective cartomizers. I have not found any yet. What I am curious about is why there are so many different lablings for the same product from the same manufacturer. The ones I just received have only two short condoms, instead of one short and one long. Also, there is no sticker/label designating them as standard resistence. Also, I have recieved batches from other vendors where the label stated STD for standard resistence, then I got some that had the letters "RE". Not sure what that means. Anyway, there is nothing wrong with the cartos I got from you as of yet. It has only been a day and have only tried a couple. I am just wondering why there are so many different packaging differences for the same product.

Thank you for your explanation. I do understand it is a problem with label. I will forward it to Boge and hope they can improve.

Hello , wanted to let you know someone on the cartos forum did some investigation into the boge packaging, and general inconstancy in life expectancy etc. Seems they are using a few different manufacturing plants because of the high demand here is Algernons Post : http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartomizers/312202-its-end-world.html
By the way, I am waiting on my first order from HealthCabin. Its been a while, I need some more cartos! Great prices and it seems like a great company from all the good things in all the threads.

Recommend this supplier to EVERYONE, I need HC strong so they can continue providing me (and my continuously growing vaping group) their awesome products/services/prices.

I know it sounds cheesy but WTH, I looked for good providers for over a year, but most were outright discarded due to lack of inventory, variety, price, shipping costs, quality, brand, options, service, discounts on bulk orders, shipping times, stupidly high MOQs, not having enough Joyetech (yes, Joye is a big deal for me), payment methods, packaging, customs assistance/warranty,/info. I also know I'm picky... and these guys have handled at least 10 orders from me and my friends mostly over $500, as well as some small orders for specific things, and not a single real problem. With all my requirements and rules they keep me happy.

I got mine this week too. Uk based and it took the slow way, about 10 days or so to arrive, everything was in order and exactly what I wanted and ordered. Fantastic service. I must point out mine was not a big order and came to around £25, well worth the short wait and I will use this company for most if not all of my vaping needs from now on..... Nice one Health Cabin:)
