I love the screen mod but I think alot of the screen seepage to the atty is done on the outside of the screen and not through it so I tried to incorporate the zero filler mod with the screen mod.

I folder up a screen into a pie shape, cut along the two sides so it basically fit into the cap, sat in the shop at beer thirty and put a small bead of silicon around the edges hoping this would act like a washer/gasket type idea, allowing the liquid to drain through the screen.

Complete and utter failure. Two flimsy and small, could not get it to evenly fit inside the hole of the cart. I think if I made the silicon edge bigger and then inserted the cap from the top down pressing and cutting the edge with an exacto knife would be the only way to make it work but that doesnt work because the liquid then pours out and makes a mess.

I am going to see if I can find some thin washers, sandwich some screen layers between and give it one more try, otherwise back to wrapping the screens around the pen-I get two out of three good enough to not flood my atty.

I am also going to give the zero foam thing a try if the washer thing fails too. I know with the screens, if I do get them folded and in there right, I can vape through several 510 batts before refilling and I have gotten so use to no polyfill. Used a fresh cart yesterday with the polycrap and instantly got the cooked filler taste after several minutes of vaping. No way am I going back to that one.

I am posting my failed mod try because I think the concept is kind of there but the application of it is off. Maybe someone else can take it to a different level?
