My First Mod?

I just started vaping about 3 weeks ago and got tired of the standard ego batteries and bought my very first mod. It's an istick by eleaf. Compact yet powerful (enough for me). My question is what was your first mod?

Welcome aboard Joseph. I moved up from the ego batteries to a Vision Spinner II. My first real mod was a Vamo V6. But I did consider the Istick for a while. I now have Mech Mods but I use my V6 at least 50% of the time.

First I got a zmax; then a week later got a vamo; (got to have a backup). December 2013.

Then a few months later got a vamo5s control head (rigged up a 510 adapter for it)

Then a few months later got a chi you mech with a kick

and now when I'm home I use them off the wall



The istick only came out in the last few months.

134 mini. Watt selector ring made my feel like it was a spinner on steroids.

After the Vision Spinner ll I bought an MVP 2 and am very happy with it.

I am loving the iStick! Started with ego and Evod. Then I moved to pro tanks and MVPs. Now it's the iStick and Nautilus mini! I really need to move on to a rebuildable tank because I spend too much on coils! Looking forward to following this thread! And WELCOME Joseph!!!!

My first mod (not my first e-cig) was a PureSmoker Prodigy (v1) -- many, many years ago. My first e-cig was in 2006. Can't even remember who made it but here's what it looked like.

Got a ego kit from a liquor store one night, stuck with that for a few weeks.

Walked into a B&M shop and bought a King mod(clone) and a Sigelei Sig-S.
Latter that week went and bought a spinner battery to replace the ego, and picked up a Natalus Mini.

So far I think that will do for now, unless I pick up an Eleaf iStick to replace the spinner battery for a walking around kit.

Congrats to you on the istick. I've read many good things about them.

I got tired of ego style batteries pretty quick to and moved on to Sigelei's and a mvp2. I am using a reo grand now and I am 99% sure it will be my last mod. Just love it. Good luck to you and happy vaping.
