First of all I will say that I am lucky to live in an area that has about 5 B&M vaping stores all relatively close. One of them has great prices on tanks and such, but haven't found any flavors there that I liked one bit. Cheap juices?

One has a green apple that I love. The main store I go to is great and was the one that got me started on vaping (goodbye analogs since Feb) He has some really good flavors that I really do like, but I have really gotten into this vaping. While there are flavors I do like, some a lot, I still keep chasing that "WOW"

So, I talked to a buddy I work with that likes Viking Vapor (tried a couple of hits of his and it really wasn't bad at all). But when I got home the other day and decided to order online I couldn't remember the name and ordered from Zeus Juice. (for some reason I was thinking that is what he said)

I've always been leery of ordering online even though I know tons of people do. I was just worried of spending good money and getting junk. I have found that I am a bit picky on the juices.

So how did it go? Not bad really.

I ordered small bottles so if I hated it I wouldn't be too upset. I ordered their peach, strawberry, and got a free sample of their own brand called Zeus Juice.

Peach: Actually really good. None of the many B&M stores around here seem to have the peach right. This one is darn close. I actually haven't been using it much because I'm afraid of it running out too quickly lol. Would definitely order again. It's got a nice real peach taste. Fair throat hit, but not too strong. Good vapor too. Would definitely order again.

The Zeus Juice: Awesome. I love it. Wish I hadn't ordered it as a sample. It is a tropical flavor, sweet taste. My wife didn't care for it. She is even pickier than I am. She didn't think it tasted bad, just wasn't her thing. I WILL be ordering this again. It's amazing.

The strawberry: Ok, this one is the dud. Was very disappointed. The reviews on their site were good for the strawberry. My local guy here that I like has a strawberry and I do like his. Figured with all the good reviews this one was going to be good. Nothing like waiting a week and being excited only to be let down. Not much flavor at all. Every once in awhile I tasted a hint of strawberry. The rest of the time was just a weird flavor. Not nasty, but not enjoyable either. Took the cap off, been shaking it (with the lid on of course) and removing the cap in a dark cupboard and letting it steep for awhile. I'll give it a week/week and a half or so and try again to be fair.

On the note, the "born date" on the bottle was 4/1. I received them on 4/7. (not bad in my opinion for paying for the cheapest shipping which was only a bit over $3.) The other two were straight out of the package with no steeping.

All and all a good experience. Satisfied with the shipping time, the prices weren't bad and two out of three flavors were good. Hoping the other gets better with steeping.

I've heard a lot of good things on here from Mt. Baker too. Just venturing out into the online ordering world. Any one else with good/bad stories on their first online gamble?

My "first" was Volcano, and that's only because I ventured down that road about 3 years ago and didn't do homework before I made a big order. They're expensive, and mostly "base" flavors, but not bad in general. You can combine to make your own "gourmet". My local B&M has a website (I appreciate the ability to "try before you buy", and their online prices are not bad CravinVapes e-cigs & e-liquids - CravinVapes) Just got my first order from Mt Baker, and the first one I've tried (too impatient to let the flavors meld) Butterscotch, is pretty good. MBV turned out to be about $0.30/mL which is as cheap as I've purchased. However, I now have a LOT, and want to whittle down before I get something else (I'll keep getting a few from my B&M because they're right around the corner, and they're good people.) I think small bottles of different varieties will be the way to start (need to take my own advice before I go broke!)

Hope you find something you like :)

I hear you on supporting the B&M guys. That's what I like about them, the variety of try before you buy at most of them. Plus like I said my favorite guy here does have some good flavors. I'd like to keep supporting him as much as possible. (and will) I figure it's great to have someone close and convenient, and if everyone switches to online ordering he'll go under and that would really suck. Just really enjoy trying new flavors and still looking for that WOW one. Which by the way, the Zeus Juice from Zeus Juice was really really good. Almost a wow. Being a sample bottle it's gone already :(

May try Mt. Baker. Many good things said on this site about them.

To be honest I've spent hundreds of dollars on eliquid that went down the drain almost immediately, but I've also found a few ones that are truly delicious and became my all day vapes, So I've come to accept this expense as part of the hobby and the perpetual quest to find the perfect juice.

Bummer JaRod :( So far, I've been pretty lucky. Only a couple of small bottles that didn't pan out as expected (even after letting them sit for a couple of weeks.) For my moderate ones, I try to find something to mix to not "waste" them, but If they're still sitting around in a few months, I may just have to let them go ;) What are your ADVs? I stealth-vape in my office at work, so I can feasibly do a tank in the a.m. and one in the afternoon. Still trying to figure out what I like best. Always the quest, right?

ive been super fortunate thus far, but have come across some let downs.
first off, i have yet to find any "tobacco" flavor that i actually like, about 3 bottles of rando juice, and ive kind of given up (going to try BB, simply because of the hype). Ive tried a "honeydew cotton candy" from maxx that sounded nice in theory, was horrible. ditto with tank cracking cinnamon. i absolutely LOVE Virgin Vapors, but im a fan of 100% VG, that does not mean i havent found a bad flavor though. Lemon Chiffon from VV wasnt bad, but super boring. Mt Baker let me down with their Fruit stripe flavor, no amount of steeping can ever bring me to accept that. Im currently on the fence regarding Ecto Cooler from Mt baker... not sure if it needs a bit more steeping, or if its just off.

I'm still very new to vaping in general and online purchases in particular, but I'd say my experience thus far has more or less matched what the majority of folks here report. I've found a couple of winners, more than a few that fit into the "not bad but not great so I'll keep it around as an emergency supply" category, and few that weren't to my liking but doubtless are to others. That's the beauty of the PIF.
