I am very sorry that your package is unluckily delayed at Hk airport because many packages are waiting for the same airplane to the usa at hk airport every day.

we have pushed our shipping agent to send your order out asap.

as for those ordered a day after, they went to NY customs. but yours is going to a different customs. there are more airplanes to NY than to the other customs.

if the shipping agent can not deal with your package well timely, we will use another shipping agent to send your package out asap.

I placed an order on oct.31 and email said it was shipped on nov. 2
amy replied to a follow up email and said it waiting for airplane at hk airport. I have no idea if this order has even made it to the usa yet.hopefully soon so my wife and i can finally get off the analogs.

I placed an order for the Copper 510 and had it shipped after 36 hrs (I know, I'm part of the 20% hehehe)... 3 business days & it was at my door... it only spent 5 hours in CUSTOMS.... and I'm a CANADIAN!!!! (Where Health Canada said NO NO to imports... I guess that's from a commercial perspective...personal use is GREY MARKET)
I've placed my 2nd order for more juice, a USB pass-through and PCC... this company is awesome... Thank you Health Cabin and E-cig forum...

Just make sure you keep your stock supplied, I'll be ordering on a REGULAR basis!!!
(I noticed the Titanium PCCs are all gone... had to settle for BLACK... hehehe)

i am sorry that your package has been waiting for airplanes at hk airport.

now many airports are full of packages waiting for airplanes to different countires because the approach of busy holiday season. so sometimes some packages are delayed for a few days and some packages luckily leave hk airport timely.

we started to use another new shipping agent that can send packages out timely when the current one could not do that, although the new shipping agent charges us a little higher.

I do not have a valid tracking number at this time.

I love healthcabin, and have never had a problem before now.

Next time I will have to do more research as to if there are any shipping delays.

I normally get my package within 6-8 days.

But I do not even have a way to track it.

I do not think it is shipped yet.

well i was going to ask if anybody that placed an order from healthcabin around oct.31 have recieved there order yet. i just checked the usps tracking and my order finally made it to newyork customs . hopefully they don't use all my juice trying my 510's out lol.

you did not get your order. so we reshipped it again on Nov.3th. the new tracking number is EE242650855CN. the second shipment has been waiting for airplanes to the usa, because hk airport is full of packages every day.

from 6th Nov. we started to ship orders out via another shipping agent. the new shipping agent has worked well so far.

we are ready to reship your order again if the second shipment can not get out of china or reach the usa within 10 days since Nov.3th.
