i am very sorry for the unexpected long delay.

we shipped your order on Oct.22th. the tracking number is EE242637111CN.

you did not get your order. so we reshipped it again on Nov.3th. the new tracking number is EE242650855CN. the second shipment has been waiting for airplanes to the usa, because hk airport is full of packages every day.

from 6th Nov. we started to ship orders out via another shipping agent. the new shipping agent has worked well so far.

we are ready to reship your order again if the second shipment can not get out of china or reach the usa within 10 days since Nov.3th.

I am very sorry again. :(

I would like everyone to know that I have ordered over 20 times from Health Cabin in the last couple 3 months, and all my orders have arrived within 6 days except for this one particular order. They resent it as soon as I asked them to. The only other time I had an order here delayed was during the National Holiday, and we all knew it would take longer than usual. I have also not had even one bad part from all the orders and they have always been right. Keep up the great service Amy!

Ordered on the 5th, processed on the 6th, recieved on the 10th. Well a li'l help from the post office. They called me and asked me if I wanted to come get it today or I could wait till tomorrow to recieve it at home, of course I went and got it.:p:thumb:

Yay! My package is finally in customs. I'm sure it will be worth the wait!
