OK this is my first dual coil sub-ohm build. I used 2 strands of 32 gauge twisted, 8 wraps each coil. Now I am just waiting for my brass Nemesis and batteries to get here. The Nemesis is coming from FT and should be here any day. I procrastinated a little and the batteries will probably not make it until Thu or Fri. My itaste meters it at .7 ohm, I am looking forward to trying it out. I wicked just one of the coils and it hits smooth as hell. It's a little lower resistance than I should run on my itaste 3.0 so I only hit it a couple of times. So how does it look?

You definately want to move those closer to the posts. Should work fine though on a mech.

I've heard that before. The reason I have long legs on that dripper is the air came in underneath the coils so I drilled holes on the body because the ones underneath were too small. I got them a little high so I put longer legs on the coils so I could get them up closer to the air holes. I kind of like my coils to be as close to the air hole as I can get it. As far as shorting I have never had one do it. After you burn a little juice on them they are pretty much immune to shorting by casual contact in my experience. And they aren't as far out as the picture makes them look. It's a crappy iphone picture and the angle is deceptive.
