Putting aside all else a major reason for
vaping failure, when first starting up is one does not get enough nicotine replacement. Get a high strength nicotine juice, 24mg is good, and get the same flavor in 0 nic. It may take 24mg to keep the cravings down, at first. You can always use the 0 nic to lower the nic for certain times. VV and VW are nice as are rebuildable attys and tanks were you can adjust the coil resistance but one step at a time. There are times when I want a bit cooler vape, whether it is in the morning or my throat is scratchy for what ever reason. VV and VW are nice for that without having to change juices, for example. The VV Twist and Spinners are great starter VV devices for various tanks. Heck, my husband has a huge selection of REOs, mechanical and VV from which to choose but he prefers his Spinners and Mini ViVi Nova tanks. Flavor is not as big a deal for him as TH, though. The eGo style batteries and smaller tanks are great for shirt pocket carry in over stuffed pockets but they are not tough enough for my rough and tumble, outdoors, muddy, mucky, dusty, dirty life style. And they roll off of things, as any tube mod does, and don't do well in my apron pockets or pants pockets or women's shirt/sweater pockets.
Lots of good advice in thread. Try upping your nic first. And yes, it can take weeks to months for many to adjust to being off cigs; habits and taste and nicotine levels. Even we veteran vapers have off days
vaping, too. Some peeps switch juices for that. And some hours of days nothing tastes good enough or strong enough.
Wishing you the best of luck.
