Companies talk about their wonderful CS Departments, but how many would fix a plus $200 problem---based on your word, AND lets you keep the old product to still use if you'd like, on good faith and customer honesty.
I was sent DIY un-flavored 100mg 2ltr. jug of nicotine, that had problems. I won't say what problems in case someone out there tries to take advantage of their kindness and goodwill. After sending a pretty strong e-mail explaining my reasons for being a little hot under the collar (no, I didn't swear!), John from Customer Service called me.
They are replacing the 2ltr jug (under $220 for 100mg nicotine) which is a fantastic price for IMHO the best high quality clear to faint faint yellow, odor-free nic. I have been a customer for under a year, never had a problem before. They are sending it out postage paid, and I can keep the old product.. ... Now THAT is customer service. How many businesses would eat that cost on my word alone? Not many to none in my opinion. Try them, you won't be sorry. Great prices, great selection, great service. Thank you for your generosity.
