As I've been in the customer service industry for 30 years +, every now and then you get taken back by the most awesome of customer service experiences.

I ordered some hardware from them as their prices are by FAR the best around. One out of two atty's was giving me a slight problem. No big deal just posed a question as to if it was something I was doing....and I quickly got an email back that a replacement was being sent. And two days later, here it is....

I want to thank them and what feels even better is that I will have NO QUESTION about their products and will be sure to order from them again and again in the future without hesitation.
