Went full time vaping a month ago and my friend thinks I've gone too far.

This is just what I carry around in my carry pack. This does not include all my carts, clearos, juices (300 ml+), or the kr808-d2 stuff I bought months ago.

From left to right:
ego c twist 650mah, (?) mil of Fire & Ice (Boge 2.0 cart), 3.5 mil of ectoplasma, 3.5 ml of Red Energy, 3.5 mil of boba's bounty, Ego R 800 mah, 5 mil of Vanilla tobacco/Vanilla Strait, 1.8 mil Fire & Ice/Chocolate Mint, Ego T (?)mah, ego c twist 1000mah, 1 mil Cinnamon Danish Swirl, 2.7 mil Lemon Meringue Pie, 1 mil Smurph Piss, and LR510 atomizer. That's not a lot, right?

Lol, I feel better now. I've been vaping exclusively for nearly 3 months now, and usually when out and about I have my 650 Ego-T or Ego-T Upgrade batt or 1000 mAh Ego-T batt with an Ego-C or a Clearomizer carried in a belt holster for a AA Maglite. Now that it's cold and I'm able to wear a jacket with big pockets I've got my eGo zipper case with extra filled clearos and batts. I keep the rest of my eGo stuff in a small plastic sewing-supplies case I picked up at Wally World, that's usually in my computer bag when I'm at work. Then there's the backup 510-T batts and attys in a cubby in my car. Lastly, the box my original 510 starter kit came in holds my at-home vaping stuff, such as cartos, drip-tips, a tank w/ extra carto, 1000 mAh eGo Twist batt, 30 mL juice bottles, etc. There's one eGo charger at home and one in the computer bag. All this in under 3 months. I had a feeling once I moved on from the 510, (about 2 weeks in), that stuff would start to accumulate.

I've only been at it a few months and thanks to all the DIY supplies my place is starting to look like a lab... :)

Pretty much a lightweight I would say...I have more 26650 batteries than you have PVs...lol. Gone over the edge? Nah...you can't even see the edge from where you are...tell your friends you are just dabbling. In the meantime shop more...you really need a APV or two, a ProVari would help you down the path to the "edge".

I've been getting the  look from my friends about my hobbies since high school. I think only one hobby I've ever had has been "mainstream," as in, anyone I tell about it can at least respect it. The rest range anywhere from "Dude, you're crazy" to "You spent HOW much on that thing?!" Or a combination of the two...

Do what makes you happy. That's all that really matters. :)

FWIW, I always carry at least an extra set of batteries, extra carto, a bottle of juice and a couple of Q-Tips with me when I go out. That's bare minimum, if I don't have my backpack with me.

Love seeing this! I don't know any other vapers IRL so I have no sense of what's "normal" or what truly might be excessive ha. This thread is very comforting ;-)

Agreed. I often have to tell myself, "You don't have to get everything right now. You'll be vaping for a long time." After 16 years of cigarettes, how can it be so hard to have a long-term view of the wonderful things that finally got me off of them?

Anybody else find themselves with several bottles of juice that have only a few mL's left, that you like, but you keep buying new bottles to see what you like better? It reminds me of when I was a kid and my mother said we were having CORN for dinner, meaning Clean Out Refrigerator Night. Vaping the last juice out of those bottles feels like that.

Naw. That's not bad for carrying around, really. I used to routinely carry 4 X2s, a 15ml bottle of juice (with a needle top) extra cone, extra cartomizers/tanks and such in a case...plus a PV in a lanyard around my neck. I only use one flavor e-juice, so I can see needing to have an assortment if you need to change up flavors (I'm eternally grateful to the vaping gods that I don't require such complications!) If I knew I was going to be away from home quite awhile (like all day) I'd even pack a Fost Power Pack and some USB chargers...just in case...and a passthrough cord. One never knows when...after a long day doing (whatever) the car might break down on the way home!

Of course...I had piles of other equipment/PVs/APVs/tanks/cartomizers/etc./etc/etc. at home. That was just what I carried with me.

Now I mostly just carry my 3.7 Gripper and a few spare batteries, cartomizers and the needle bottle of juice. Maybe one spare PV "just in case".
