My Gen1 leaks...

Hi COV,

I sent you an email also (order number 32721) but have not got a response. So I wanted to post here and maybe someone can help from the forum until you have a moment.

My Gen1 leaks from the bottom where the SS tank attaches to the bottom ring with 510 connector. Not a fast leak but if I set down upright for a coupke hours.

It's most likely just be a bad or damaged o-ring. I don't know the size for replacement offhand, but I'm sure they'll get back to you soon

I'm hoping its just a bad oring. They have responded and will be sending a replacement.

So you know, please, you need to fill out a CS Ticket in order to recive help with an issue. Emailing, is not an effective way to recieve an immedate response and assistance.

I bought the same one from a Canadian vendor and it leaks from the same spot. Stupid!
