Hello,

First off, I would like to thank everyone for the plethora of information on this site. I swung from the hip & ordered a TW Tornado before I found this site & was greatly relieved to have my choice validated on ECF. I have enjoyed it for the last few weeks (still smoking, but moving in the right direction). I have purchased some TV juice which I really enjoy, & recently I purchased some other fruity flavors from another vendor which leads me to my question.

I purchased a variety of fruity flavors, i.e bubble gum, apple, etc. They are brand new & I know they need to set up for a week or so to reach maximum flavor. They seem just a tad tart to me (flavors are accurate & vendor was absolutely fantastic). Is there an easy way to sweeten the juice if after a week they still seem tart to me? I searched sweetener & got 495 hits so I thought I would take a minute to thank you all & ask my question. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Google perfumers apprentice. Look for ethyl maltol (liquid) and/ or sweetener.

I'm still a newbie but it seems that perfumers apprentice is the well that all vaping e-liquid flavors (made in the US, at least) spring from. Even has a "Molecules Used in Tobacco Blends" category.

More specifically, look in the molecules used in Tobacco blends section and then under sugar/honey notes to find the ethyl Maltol on perfumers apprentice site.

Sucralose is the generic/chemical name for Splenda. I'd imagine you could just swipe a couple packets from Denny's and dissolve them into some water/PG/VG and cut it into your liquids. You'd have to play around with concentrations and amounts to get it right. I haven't tried it so this isn't a suggestion, just an idea!

That sounds like a great idea, but beyond my limited capabilities at this time.:D

You can just do a search at the top left of the main page.

And about the splenda: I've tried McCormick flavors from the grocer and it didn't quite work out. I couldn't find the LorAnn or Wiltons locally at the time. This (McCormicks) was for specific flavors -I got Vanilla and Mint extract- just plain sweetener may work, then again, there is no splenda, or plain cane sugar at perfumers apprentice. Maybe for a reason?
