Hi :)

I quit smoking cigarettes last week. I'm mostly here to learn about diy liquids ;) Fortunately I have a friend who works at a vapor shop and she gets me it wholesale priced, but still, for how simple it is, it seems almost silly to pay what they want to charge for some flavored glycerine ...

anyway, hooray for having my sense of smell back :)

Hello and welcome to the forum Bren. Glad to have you here!:)

For all things DIY head on over to the DIY ELiquid Forum. You will not be able to post there until you get in your first 5 posts. Make sure to read all the "stickies". Also check out the blogs by ECF members Hoosier & dannyv45.

For a juice mixing calculator consider using eJuiceMeUp

Welcome. DIY is pretty a pretty simple thing to do- physically. The most complex part (and the most fun) for me is finding the right blends, flavors and ratios for my taste. You have to do this with pre-mixes too, but it's cheaper and more fun to do it yourself. If you decide to go DIY, check out Wizard Labs website. I get all my stuff from there.

Welcome Bren,

Definitely check out the DIY forum. I find making my own juice to be one of the more rewarding part of this hobby. It's very nice to be able to sample the fruits of your labor

Literally and figuratively! Blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and banana, etc

Welcome Bren :) I've been DIYing my juices for a few months now. Only one major epic fail in all this time :) It's not too hard, but I'm not worrying about being a PhD Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, either ;)

I do reference the eJuiceMeUp calculator, mostly to get an idea of percentages. I look for various recipes on different sites, especially ones where I can log my flavors and have it give me some suggestions as to what I can make with what I have in stock.

diyRecipeBook and e-Liquid Calculator and Clone Recipes | Homemade E-juice Recipes are sites I check regularly for ideas.

Good luck - it's a lot of fun. (Save all those bottles you've gotten from your buddy - I bought a lot of juice early on, and I just wash and reuse for my DIY)
