What are you shooting for on the tobaccos? Is he past that point of thinking/wanting/believing/hoping this is gonna taste like a smoking experience? I have a suggestion, but I don't know how "hard" a tobacco you are trying to find.

BTW: How did you make out with the 808 clearo search?

He really likes the Turk so I'll order more of that and a couple of other Indigo tobaccos; gives me a chance to sneak in another bottle of my own adv.
As far as the clearos, we talked today about whether he's willing to try something bigger. I think I'll try an Evod kit for him- simplicity is going to be the key here. If it leaks or is too fiddly he'll give up, and I'd rather he used something, anything, with replaceable heads for cost reasons.

Ok, sounds like you got the tobacco thing figured out. I like my tobacco flavors too. I was going to suggest trying the tobaccos at The Vapor Room. I'm sure there are better out there but these TVR's are pretty good. Haven't found one I didn't vape the bottle empty.

Waiting on a tobacco flavors order from Johnson Creek - first time experience.

Another super easy option: The Kanger bottom coil clearos - ProTank (glass) or the T3s. Coil replacements are about 1.99 and I've found them in 5 packs for eight bucks. It doesn't get easier than bottom coil - if there is liquid in there it works. No tipping or rolling required. I've had really good luck with these - haven't seen one leak since March. But some people do have problems.

[edit] There is also a mini version of the ProTank if size is a concern. Kanger has been very busy - tweaking replacement coil designs and adding new stuff. If you want to check out what the product line looks like probably best to just go right to their sight www.kangertech.com Finding places that have stuff in stock - that can be the hard part. It sells out fast.

Update: it's been more than 24 hours; he ran out of cigs last night but is determined not to buy any.
He bought a little single cigar today and smoked some of that because he was freaking out a little, but other than that it's been vape all day.
    I'm very proud of him.

I'm proud of myself too, I buckled down, hauled out wick and wire and rebuilt heads today until I got it right. Vaping your own creation tastes so sweet!

Work the persuasion as you see fit girl:) You think I haven't been playing every card I have to make him think this was his idea? Pfft, shameless is what I am!
    Precious:)

Nope, it isn't even close to strong enough for him. Now that I know what he likes Imma order up some 24 mg for him this week.
He doesn't like what I like flavor-wise and it's a shame I didn't stock up more tobaccos for this eventuality.

Good idea to order some stronger stuff that he can try. I'm guessing that your juices' nic level is on the low side. You probably already know this, but I've found that higher nic levels not only deliver more nicotine, but they're harsher; i.e. more similar to the feeling of the smoke that he's used to.

I'm sure it'll help. Good luck to both of you. :)
