My I clear30s

HI innokin vv4 is now showing an ohm of 2 instead of 2.1 for the iclear30s. I noticed the taste and quality has chnaged substantially ever since the ohm has changed. I have tried MVP 3 whihc is showing 2.1 ohm. Does any one know why?

Can someone tell me what other tanks (not sub ohm) are similar to iclear 30s and cheaper to maintain?

How old is the coil? When i had Iclears, they never went down only up when they started going bad. Also most mods arent the most accurate reading ohms so a difference in .1 on two devices is pretty normal

the coil is only 3 days old....the longivity of iclear is going down like anything now....does not last for more than a week ...i use i clear on both MVP and VV4 interchangeably.....

i am ok with the difference.....my problem is initially it was showing 2.1 but now 2...with harsh hit at the back of the throat...only after 3 days of use of 4ml/day 50/50 pg/vg

If you get a kanger subtank you can rebuild your own coils; and no you do not have to build a subohm coil on the subtank; you can wrap a perfectly good 2 ohm coil with 32 gauge kanthal and not have to keep buying coils.


On those iclear and other coils, the wire of the coil isn't screwed down anywhere; it just rests between a silicone grommet and metal, and it gets wet with eliquid, so a 0.1 ohm variation is unsurprising.

At 2 ohm .1 will not make a difference. It's more likely that you have your mind set that it's a problem, so now you do have one. Wick tanks work better if they are over half full, at least that's what they advised me at Catapiller Vapes last time I was in there looking at them. The wicks need to be solidly in liquid. Vaping 4 ml a day would definately put a hurting on my throat also.

My Nautilus Mini varies from 1.9 to 2 all the time and it's suppose to be 1.8. It gets hot so nothing to worry about.
