My IMR batteries experience

So I ordered some VTC4's from IMR batteries and as usual, where the online order has a space for special requests, I wrote "have a nice day!".

The batteries arrived on time and appear authentic, along with the following stapled to my order:

Needless to say, I'll be ordering from IMR batteries again.

I've order from them before, never a problem and shipped fast, I heard the store is pretty popular locally because of the customer service.

Never heard of them, but it's great seeing companies do that. I've seen a company, I can't remember the name. They asked for a drawing in the box and it was on one of the flaps haha.
