I just received the Joytech eRoll in the mail today, along with a spare battery, atomizer, cone, and some dekang cotton candy ejuice.
In the past I've had a 410, 808, and cheap battery mods. Currently my daily users are the Vision eGo Spinner with Kanger T2 (and I just got a Vivi Nova Mini in the mail).
Fist off the assembly of these are very nice. All of the components fit together very well. The eRoll is an interesting design in that it doesn't use any threads on any of it's parts. The atomizer fits into the battery, then the atomizer cone goes over the atomizer and into a notch on the battery, and the cone twists slightly to lock in. This presses the atomizer against a springy contact. The PCC is a nice design, it uses a micro-usb connector, so you can use virtually any modern phone charger.
The atomizer itself has a hollow pointed tip with a wick inside. This is inserted into the cartridge and provides the eJuice.
The cartridge itself seems to hold about ~0.5ml of juice, this lasted me about 10 mins of vaping.
The battery lasted ~ 2 cartridges.
Vapor production is decent, I'd say a 7/10 - My new vivi nova is 9/10
Flavor was something to be desired, 6/10 - my dual coil carto gives me 9/10
Throat Hit is great 9/10 - it hits pretty hot, so it depends on preference.
Ease of use is 9/10 - It's literally plug and play
Overall I give it a 7/10. It's small and nice, easy to use, but so far the flavor is missing (tasted kinda burnt).
I'm going to keep using it and update this thread as I gain more experience on it.
