I just received the Joytech eRoll in the mail today, along with a spare battery, atomizer, cone, and some dekang cotton candy ejuice.
In the past I've had a 410, 808, and cheap battery mods. Currently my daily users are the Vision eGo Spinner with Kanger T2 (and I just got a Vivi Nova Mini in the mail).

Fist off the assembly of these are very nice. All of the components fit together very well. The eRoll is an interesting design in that it doesn't use any threads on any of it's parts. The atomizer fits into the battery, then the atomizer cone goes over the atomizer and into a notch on the battery, and the cone twists slightly to lock in. This presses the atomizer against a springy contact. The PCC is a nice design, it uses a micro-usb connector, so you can use virtually any modern phone charger.
The atomizer itself has a hollow pointed tip with a wick inside. This is inserted into the cartridge and provides the eJuice.
The cartridge itself seems to hold about ~0.5ml of juice, this lasted me about 10 mins of vaping.
The battery lasted ~ 2 cartridges.

Vapor production is decent, I'd say a 7/10 - My new vivi nova is 9/10
Flavor was something to be desired, 6/10 - my dual coil carto gives me 9/10
Throat Hit is great 9/10 - it hits pretty hot, so it depends on preference.
Ease of use is 9/10 - It's literally plug and play
Overall I give it a 7/10. It's small and nice, easy to use, but so far the flavor is missing (tasted kinda burnt).

I'm going to keep using it and update this thread as I gain more experience on it.

Ah thats one of the things I forgot to mention. The Charger only holds one battery and nothing else. Thats a downer on portability. Also the cartridges are basically open, so they might leak if you pre-fill them and leave them around (or evaporate). It would have been better if the cartridges were designed with a silicone seal that the atomizer pressed into (like a slit). I'll be looking around for some way to make the carts more portable.

Portabality gets a 6.5/10 - it needs to be able to hold more than 1 battery and hold the carts.

A followup. I've had this for a few weeks now, and I replaced the wick on the LR and regular atomizer with 320 stainless. There was a small improvement, but not much. Overall the flavor is muted, and they don't last very long.
It doesn't even compare to my spinner with a vivi nova or Kanger T2. The flavor just isn't there. The worst part is because of the propriatory atomizer connection, I can't swap out the atty for anything better and try it out.
I'd say save your money. If you're looking for small, this is great; but if you're looking for flavor and throat hit find something else.
I'll be purchasing a SD Keychain and see how that compares.
