I have been traveling down the road and back again of juice disgust.

My journey started with some mall juices and then eventually bluemist vaping.

I had a hard time figuring out that High pg content was harsh on my through and produced a very warm uncomfortable sensation in the top of my lungs and had me coughing on any sizable drag.

I have tried 50/50 juice blends and all VG. I must have 400mls of juice on my desk and most of it I dont like or cant vape without coughing on each inhale. I am still working to find those few I can tolerate and praying for a juice that is "just perfect"

I have found that I dont like the after taste of VG in most sweet liquids and dont like the burn of PG. I am questing out to find better 50/50 blends and my search has led me to a couple of juices that I can tolerate.

I am currently dancing with:

Bobas bounty - This tobacco blaend is smooth and mellow. Didnt care for it at first but after hanging on to it it is turning out to be a better choice than I originally thought. It doesnt give harsh lung irritated coughs (presumably from the 100% vg content)

The Vapor rooms sunkist 50/50 mix Good flavor and no cough...

These are the only two juice i have found that are close to being satisfying. I have purchase from ave,bluemist,DFW,V2, the vapor room and just tonight i placed an order with rawr. Praying for something that just really peaks my taste buds and grabs a foot hold in the void of what seems to be never ending juice disatisfaction.

The biggest problems I have seen with jujice is that , it's not available locally so if you order samples , it;'s not cost effective and not having easy access to it means that if you do like it , it's another week out and god knows the samplers are way too small. Cleaning cartos sucks and taste testing vapor is a pain when you have to clean cartos. The alternative is ordering 30 mls and taking the chance that your 16 bucks is going straight down the tubes. I so wish there was a better way.

I have thought about diy but frankly the concept worries me. I am a bit paranoid that I will screw it up or that I will just wind up with a batch after batch of even worse products than I find from vendors. I did look at flavor extracts while in the store today and noticed that mccormicks sells quite a few bust 95% of my grocers stock contained alcohol. From what i have heard this is a very bad think.

Anyone else had similar or have any thoughts ?

When I first started vaping, I kept reading about mixing your own juices and thought that it would be difficult. So I bought bottle after bottle of juice trying to find one or two that I could vape all day. Needless to say, I now have well over 200ml of juice that I have no plans on using anytime soon. A friend who started vaping when I did was into mixing his own and gave me some nicotine liquid to use and I started buying just flavoring. I downloaded a mixing calculator on my smart phone, and realized it wasn't that hard for me to do. I now mix up small batches and try them out, if I don't like it I let it sit in the cupboard until I'm ready to try it again, or just dump it if I can't stand it. With the smaller amounts, I don't feel as bad pouring it down the drain. After giving mixing a try, I found that is wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, and it became fun to see what flavors I could come up with. It also saves money to spend on everything else on my mile long list of things to try out.
