so for work and in the dead of winter when all tanks and clearos fail in MN's deep freeze temps I bring basic punched cartos to work and to have while I drive here and there. I recently noticed that my trusty old Joytech twist battery refuses to turn correctly around some cartos. So far they have all been smoktech 1.7 ohms...I find this odd. Is it just something slightly off with the carto itself or is my joytech battery starting to fall apart? Ive had it for almost 2 years...but it seems to function like new, except for this odd new observation.
