I'll try to make this short and sweet...again I'll TRY
I just wanted to give another special thanks to Robert for his recent help and above and beyond service.
Robert and I seem to have a special bond when it comes to me placing orders, he'll know what I mean. Anyhoo, I just ordered me a Mini Saturday as I've tried the other REO's, except the Midi, and knew that the Mini would be my perfect on the go device as well as when I travel out of town, I get tired of hearing, "Is that a crackpipe you're smoking?"
Well I got it today and it wasn't the right color, I ordered a Red\Black and it was a Black\Red so I contacted him and within an hour I got an email back as well as a shipping confirmation for the next day for the Mini I originally ordered as well as a credit to use to ship the wrong Mini back. This by far is the quickest resolution I have received thus far and his communication is and has always been A+ to me.
After spending a couple of hours with the Mini I didn't order and want, it grew on me and I started feeling bad that he was kinda a reject so to speak. He just kept staring at me, so I decided it must be fate that this little guy ended up with me so I am keeping him
I know some of the above probably is stupid and sounds fan boyish but it's not. You can see I don't have many posts and have been hear for over a year but I felt this was worth making a post about and letting everyone know what kind of service he provides on a continued basis.
Now all I need are some AW 14500 batteries, but hopefully next week I'll be set.
