My mini pt3 please help!

So I ordered both mini PT 2 & 3. Loved both, vape & taste was great. I took apart PT 2 mini to clean & ever since it's been so airy I get no vapor? My tip broke off while in it so thought maybe somehow something happened. Don't think it's that, worked so good. Any ideas or suggestions. Hate being down to only 2 tanks

After putting it side by side to my mini 3, I realized the center post doesn't come all the way down, I can still see threads to the center-post. Could this be it? And if so have no idea why it won't screw all the way into the piece that holds it together.

I see one in the piece that holds everything together [what is that called] total newb question lol. And other then tgat, no other ones. Should there be an o ring on top & bottom of that piece that holds centerpiece together?

Yep, that's what it is. Had 1 spare & it decided to fly out as I was trying to get in in good, to an unknown part of my room, was so excited to fix it haha. Do I have to order em on line or I should be able to get at hardware store right?

Thought this was the problem but I was out of juice in my PT mini3 so I took it apart & it only has an o ring on the top part of the connector that holds the center piece in place so I don't think this is the issue cuz the 3 hits fine. Any other suggestions plz?!?!?!

I will put my bet on o-rings. Check not only if they there or not, but also if they in proper place and sit proper.

PS: May be unwelcome advise, but still. When you wash your tanks clean them in bowl. And do not damp water till you put tank together. those little clear o-rings easy to miss in water. When i buy a new gear i take it on parts and do pics, so in case something going wrong i can compere if i did miss something.

The only O rings are in the top and bottom to seal the ends of the glass tank section. Are you working on your MPT2 or 3? The center post of the MPT3 is shorter than the MPT2. Are you geting any vapor? Assuming there are no leaks, I think I would replace atomizer.

My PT2 minis show threads, could be a loose coil head, my son had problems and found the coil was a tad loose. Screwed it back in, worked fine.

I also check that the coil is tight every time I refill. Good luck.

The only O rings are in the top and bottom to seal the ends of the glass tank section. Are you working on your MPT2 or 3? The center post of the MPT3 is shorter than the MPT2. Are you geting any vapor? Assuming there are no leaks, I think I would replace atomizer.

I'm so freaking frustrated. Realized when I washed it BOTH mini 2 & 3 the Rings in the top part fell out. I have no extra so I took one out of an old iclear 16 I don't use but think it's way to thick cuz now it's WAY to tight & can't get Vaper, that's on my 2. Another thing that's happening is the juice, I guess u can say leaks cuz It was 1/2 full & then almost gone. I took it off & there was my precious juice inside the battery. Wasn't gushing out cuz I would've seen & felt it around the base of the PT. Why would this be? So frustrating, now down to 1 tank! Anybody know the size of mini PT o rings so I can go to hardware store? Ummm, yeah washing in a bowl... Dunno why I didn't think of that, learned now! Any help.. I'm about done with PT... Even though it's probably my fault lol.

I didn't try myself, but i did read around EFC, ppl make those missing o-rings from rubber cup what come on the coil heads, if you have those, cut them and fit in. Other then this i have no idea.

Did it leak w/ loose coil head or just airy.. OR both lol. Air is the o ring, leaking.. I don't know. Wish I knew how to rebuild!

Ok.. the o-ring must be in both the top and bottom 'caps' to seal the tank. These things work on a vacuum to hold the liquid in the tank, and the 'venturi effect' to help wick the liquid to the coil (you draw air past the coil and it 'sucks' the liquid in). The vacuum holds the liquid in the tank and keeps it from leaking. If there is a leak, it will siphon down the air hole and flood your battery's 510 connection.

Also, these tanks take 2 different types of coils. Switching them can cause leaks.

Do note on the PT2 mini version 2 the top and bottom glass o-rings are different when you are taking things apart. Don't mix them up.
