Started to quit analog on 5/22/10 with 16mg nic.
Downed to 12 mg nic on 6/2210.
Downed to 6mg nic on 7/22/10.
and downed to 0mg nic on 8/22/10.
finally I have not touched the ecig since last week and like I said in the beginning of the journey, my goal is temporary using ecig to quit smoking and today I feel my mission is accomplished ( hope this time is forever). Thanks ECF and all members, I can not make it without you.
Now what will I do with toys: 2 VGO + 1 Xl kr808 + 1 regular kr 808 + eliquid. May be will look someone in my local and 4 sale?
Again thanks all of you.

Congrats! And I'd definitely keep my gear in a cabinet somewhere, ready to fire up just in case that little demon started whispering in my ear again. (I quit a few years ago for about 6 or 8 months - I started up again because my brain played a weird trick on me - it said things like "how could you ever have smoked? so nasty... really bad for you too. what did you see in them? you should buy just one pack to smoke just one to see what you ever saw in those things." Seriously, brain? Seriously?!)

So yeah, I'm all for the security blanket approach. LOL

Wow, now you are a person with a plan. That's my goal too, but really not structured like you at this point. I'll get there someday. In the meantime I feel good about all the analogs I haven't smoked. : ) I'm very proud of you.

I agree with the others. Keep all your stuff to get you through whatever curves life has to throw at you yet. That's one thing about life that never changes. If you don't ever need them again, that's great. But you'd have them available if things get too tough and you end up going back to the real thing. Personally, once I'm down to 0mg, I'm fine with vaping that way the rest of my life.

You've done yourself proud!!!

Thanks for your replies, ya I'll keep my stuff just in case if some of friends want to quit smoke and then I'll show them. This is a 3rd time I quit smoking but I felt that I can make through this time (I hope). I know it is no harm to vape with 0mg nic ???? but I don't want to addict with ecig (habitual) liked I addicted with analog, its still expensive hobby. Wish me luck .... thanks
