My new eVic

I have had a couple of hours to play with my new toy. This device is way more than I expected. I downloaded the update software and installed in my eVic. Once that was done I found something incredible. Keep in mind that I have been vapeing with an ego twist. Anyway back to the software. There is a setting that will let you put VV/VW on automatic. You could call it auto pilot. What it dose is a just the Volt and watts based on what device you have on top of the eVic. What it means to me is. I will not have to go up and down the scale. Trying to find the sweet spot. It does it for me. How cool is that? They need to change the name of this thing too. THE EVIC OPTOMIZER. No more guessing (wing it) what the settings should be. Each time you change your heater. Of all the YouTube video and forum post I have seen, Not one of them mentioned this option, Hmmmm. Why not? Could it be because it is a game changer in the world of APV. Or, it just might be a new software development. At this point I can't see no reason to buy a Provari other for the bling factor. It has me wondering about the new Vamo I have coming in the mail. I may have to play it forward.

Glad you like your eVic. I enjoy using mine daily.
Auto mode - not quite what you think it is. Read a bit more.
Automatic allows you to set a predetermined time to vape. i.e. 5.5 seconds.
You can also set Variable Power levels during the Vape - i.e. start at 10w for .5sec then drop to 8w. for 5 seconds, etc.

As crxess pointed out, auto mode is where you can set it to fire the device with the button released after holding the button down for about 1/2 second. I use it all the time now.

Thing to do is vape normally, and take note of the length of times of your vape as displayed on the screen. When you've arrived at a rough average of drag length, set the auto timer a few tenths of a second longer than what you decided is your average. You can still hold the button down if you want an longer than average drag time. Takes getting accustomed to, but once it becomes second nature, it's a very cool feature.

If that is true, perhaps you can explain to me why I can use a CE6 clearo and take some puffs. Then take the CE6 off the eVic and put on a Innokin i Clear 16 dual coil clearo and get the exact same flavor and vapor production. Secretly we all know that dual coils have a tendency to give a burent taste at some point. After running a whole tank of 50/50 juice. It never happened.

That is the VW feature.
When set to Variable Wattage, you switch tanks/etc. and the eVic reads the new coils ohms then calculates new voltage adjustment to maintain your preferred watts output. You pick the setting in watts and it does all the work to keep you there.:)

I rest my case. We have a different way of explaining this. The words to look at here is it automatically adjusts watts etc.
