My new Reo Mini 2.1 / Reomizer and some family photos!

Words cannot describe the vape from my new Reo Mini 2.1 and the Reomizer... This is what I have been after since I quit analogs in 2010. The way it fits and feels in my hand I am not sure if I will need another mod EVER! Well except a woodville .

Nice little collection. I've got a Mini 2.1 and just got a Grand in today. I love the size and feel of the Mini but some days I go through more than 3ml of juice and a battery. I expect the Grand to last all day for juice and batt. Time will tell which wins out as my favorite.

So I had some time to measure my first coil and it came out like this:

- My cheapo multimeter read 1.0 zeroed out on 200Ω tick (lowest it will go)

- Results are 02.5 touch the +/- leads on the screw tops

Does that sound about right?

What gauge wire and how many wraps? What did you wrap them around?

You can knock down the ohms by less wraps no mater what gauge wire or size coil.

I use from a .90 to a 1.4 on my mechanicals. I like a hotter vape.

Oops forgot to add that. I used 30 gauge wire with 7 wraps including the up and down parts of the coil. I did this using a 7/64 drill bit with cotton filler. I too prefer a hotter vape being used to that harsh throat hit on crappy attys though on this coil, the hit is cooler but VERY good.

Thanks! The finish I am 99% sure is black wrinkle on the back and semi-gloss smooth white door. I bought the whole thing new because my other Reos are not the 2.1 versions and the older versions only have one magnet where the 2.1 has two.

Sounds like the resistance of the meters leads is 1.0 ohm, so you subtract that from the 2.5 ohm reading, giving you a coil around 1.5 ohms. Sounds like it is just about perfect.
