I just went an bought this box at home depot. I also bought some two inch by two inch foam. Here's what I came up with after some time in the garage. Its not pretty but it works. I used a dremel to cut out the different shapes for my gear. Im really looking for better ways to cut foam and looking for other ideas on different foam or anything else that will allow me to make custom shapes in for all my gear. So lets hear some ideas on ways I can improve what I got.

I have containers, similar to yours, from one of those stores. Then I got a second. Then a third.

Over time I have changed/bought more mods, clearomizers/RTAs/RDAs, drip tips, batteries, different gauge wires, spare parts, tools, etc.

These are my next step...

Great looking gear box! Never was one to cut out foam, not that i dont like the idea, just never had a reason to do it. I would think that a really sharp long blade would do the trick, depending on the depth you could probably use an exacto knife.
+1 on the exacto knife. Much cleaner lines than a dremel.

with an exacto knife how would you cut along the bottom of the foam? Also I would imagine that I would need something longer than a half in to cut deeper. I was think of looking for some thin layers of hard foam and cutting them and stacking them with glue to get the desired effect but is that the best way of going about that method?

I use a tackle box, $10 bucks at Walmart, for all my building supplies/tools. Works perfectly for me. Small, portable and keeps everything well organized for easy access. I use a top drawer of a dresser for all my finished juices and I use a spare wardrobe I have in a store room for my DIY supplies for storage. Whenever I make juice I set up on my kitchen table on my stainless steel baking sheet. Easy to clean and store away when finished and if I have any accidents it is contain within the pan...well that's the plan...haven't had any accidents yet. Knock on wood.
