My new Vapor4life shipment was not ad expected

Yesterday I finally recieve my order from Vapor4life. The bubble wrapping envelope they used did not hold up, the evelope was ripped and from my order of there new Large Zeus battery, 3 large smileomizer, 1 small Zeus batterry, and 1 small smileomizer. The only thing left in the envelope was 1 small smileomizer with several of there refferall business cards. The smileomizer was all smashed up in the little box it is package in. Less inexpensive manufacturers have shipped there vaporizer to me in a nice sealed box. For $162.45 worth of items I would have expected it to be shipped in a nice box to protect it in. What I am I suppose to do now? I only recieved 1 smashed up smileomizer and I am not smiling like I am suppose to!!!!

Fun-atic, I'm very sorry that this happened to your package and can only imagine your frustration. I will make sure to reship this order out to you Monday morning. Unfortunately we are closed on weekends but please email me at brandon@vapor4life.com with the order number for your package and I will make sure to express your replacement order out to you first thing Monday morning. Again, I'm very sorry for this. This is not normal for our packages and I assure you we are working on designing a better case for the Vapor Zeus to avoid things like this in the future. Please let me know if you need more help with anything else.

Thanks to Vapor4life everything is made right. I finally got my order. Very nice customer support and responds right away to make a wrong a right. I will for sure recommend Vapor4life. Just went to my first vape meet and boy did the Zeus turn heads...... I had to fight to get get it back again and totally ran out of cards from handing them out! Be prepared Fun -atic . Take brass knuckles with you should you have to fight for it!

PS..... If you are vaping on Cinnablaze it is like being the Pied Piper....... they would follow the heavenly scent anywhere!
