I can't help but feel that we're missing something in this story. Njoy and Janty seem to have good response time to customer issues. They're two of the best, probably THE two best. But this is Turkey where Norminall is seeking delivery. Sales of these devices and liquid are under a ban. Why would either manufacturer treat any customer this way ... unless we don't know something about this order.
I'm a little uncomfortable here myself, Bob. We've all had difficulties with suppliers and it's helpful to forum members to flag up obvious lunatics (that 51 guy's note threatening to sue Cashmere, for instance).
However, chapter and verse retelling is a very blunt instrument. The supplier can't win and I'd expect a huge degree of caution in any mail sent to Norminall now, purely because he knows it will be reposted on the forum. If the situation worsens it could easily get very publicly bad-tempered and that's just bad news for everyone except the voyeurs.
I'm in the middle of a couple of disputes myself but I wouldn't dream of discussing them except in very general terms (or via PM).
Norminall, I hope it turns out OK for you, although the way things are in your country, I doubt if it will get any easier.
