My Plan to Get Optimistic

The dripping may be for me, I thought I was gonna have to get an 801 or 510, I didn’t realize so many dripped with the 901 (this forum is huge). If I’m careful I can minimize the leaking. Have continued to use a full cartridges, but have put in all new filler material, am using the fluval and that’s the last filler mod I’m gonna mess with (today)! I don’t taste it, it doesn’t leak and no liquid in the mouth. It appears if I use a new/fresh piece it works fine, I’ll change it every day if I have to (Lord knows I have plenty).

My hubby fills my cartomizers for me, he must have knack for it cause they work fine when he fills them, I knew there was a reason I kept him around! These cartos are great for on the go, but they have way to strong a TH for first thing in the morning. We also discovered the hole in our 901 adapter wasn’t big enough, used another with a slightly larger hole and the vape wasn’t near as harsh.

Had a good day with equipment, everything is still functioning today, and am getting some nice mellow vape and I only smoked a half pack…that is a good thing. I cant put down my smokes yet, but I can continue to try to make these things work. SUCCESS!

Another adventure at the hospital...Thank goodness I got some things figured out before we had to face this!

Although I feel like I'm cheating, stealth vaping in the corner and in the ladies room sure beats freezin temps for an analog!!

Ark has a $1500 fine for smoking on the hospital property!! Eeeek, watch out!!

Although these things have truly been a pain in my ***, they are sure comin through for us this week. Thanks for all the help/support here at the forum getting these (me) figured out!!

A few things. I'll start with stelth vaping.

You can hold vape in for about 5 secs and nothing comes out. Or blow it into a shirt sleeve. Or blow it into a fountain cup with a straw (make sure it doesnt go out ur nose). There are many possibilities. Cover the LED and your good to go.

As far as smoking in a hospital...you dont have to worry. I used to work at a hospital, and for about 2 months I vaped where I wanted when I wanted, and no one said anything. That was after I asked my boss if I could use it, and she said no. Not inside, not outside. I "had" to go in my car. If only she knew.

Also, the laws/rules will either say no tobacco products, or no smoking. You would be breaking neither of these rules. I'm not guaranteeing anything, but I'm 99% sure you can't legally be fined or kicked out for vaping if you haven't been asked to not use it there. If they do tell you not to, however, then you should prolly not do it, or stick to the bathrooms. in a locked bathroom, you'll never be caught. I've blown vape directly at a smoke detector...nothing happens. (again, no guarantee's) Just don't ask and go it...ignorance is bliss.

Dripping seems like a chore, but its not so bad after a while. Carts have to be refilled and topped off often, so dripping isnt even that much more work. I have learned, however, (with my Prodigy V2) that tapping the bottom of a PV will make the niquid drip down to the atty, extending the cart life. I pulled out a PTB filler the other day, and it was almost completely dry.

Oh, and 2 drops = Never leaks. Never meaning rarely. Also, dont forget to blow out your attys. Wipe the screw part and blow the excess niquid into a tissue. I do this every day to use the freshest niquid all the time. If your atty makes a squeeling or bubbling noise, or is hitting crappy on a fresh batt, you prolly need to clear the atty.
