"My post's" moved????

Where is my post button drop down? It is the only way I see if a thread I posted in has a new post. *CRY*
And how I find places I like to visit often like PIF or fave vendors.
Now I'm lost in ECF. Did I do something to my comp? Is this an up date to the server?
