thats upsetting. i was thinking i could get some stuff there after i get my pv. i hope they offer some kind of customer service.
They do reply emails... If you email them with your particular order number, would be easier to track your order/account... Now probably too many orders, sometimes missed out few emails...
i hope this issue will be resolved as i'd like to get some stuff from this fella too. do update us once the seller responds to you, or if the issue was ignored altogether.

hey i too had just received my metal end caps dct with dents on it and really caused leaking during the first time i fill it with juice!
BUT WAIT DATS NOT ALL! i do not know the reason but i suspect that this punched holes by them which i think is too big of a dent is causing my dcc to not function properly.
im having a gurgle which indicates that too much juice is flowing in but i dont have air flow! means im sucking juice str8 up the tip! and i have been using dcts for 2 weeks with no problems except for this.
conclusion is that if they/urself punch too hard will cause this 2 problems = waste time & $
this is base on 2+1 dcc dat i got from them which 1 of it is already in the metal end caps
IM NOT HATING ON THEM, they do have very good quality mix of juices and im loving it, but i just wasted my juice which i tried to fill with that ... crack which i waited for more den a week to get for a local supplier.

Just gotten a reply from the supplier. SGJ is out of town and just came. The Problem is Resolved.
My Carto also didnt work at all maybe due to resistance problem my batter didnt even manage to light up. Anyway dent Carto will definitely cause a leak cause the carto is out of shape. i order another DCC from Vaporworld to try if my battery really cannot work with DCC.

Glad to hear ur prob is resolved. Many local guys are OMO and not juicing full time so try to cut them some slack.

Out of town till tmr and the network here is kinda off the hook..
The 30ml replacement will be sent and for now all DCT will not be punched as my carto puncher is blunt.
