I've been using standard cartos for several months and decided to get my first tank. I ordered the following from fastech:

I'm getting very puzzling behavior from these cartos, which is the same on all three batteries I have and also a USB passthrough, so it's definitely the cartos and not any of the batteries (which all work perfectly with my standard cartos).
After priming the carto and filling the tank, I'll get one normal, good draw, with lots of vapor, and then nothing -- i.e. no current from the battery at all. Then after 10-15 seconds, when I try again, I'll get one good draw and then nothing. Very very odd.
I've tried two separate DCT cartos, draining and refilling the tank, and both behave exactly the same.
The cartos don't appear to be leaking in any way I can tell, which was my first thought.
I'm completely baffled as to what could be causing this behavior. I've tried these on both traditional 510 automatic batteries and a mechanical mod, and a VV USB passthrough and the behavior is the same on all of them.
Any suggestions?
