my protank got loose, how to put it back in?

i tried putting it back on but there seems no way to put it back, it seems like it was glued on initially.
can anyone confirm?

it's been only two weeks and i'm wondering if this is common issue. are there any replacement warranties for things like this?

I think I would try some aquarium silicone. It's the clear stuff used to seal glass fish tanks, and it's non toxic. You can normally find it at large pet stores. I would use it sparingly and let it dry for a couple of days before handling.
