My referall friend got his v4l starter kit order today :)

Im very excited because the friend i referred to buy from vapor4life got his order today. he is very happy with what he got because he got a lot of bonus material. his first order was nearly identical to mine: he got the shorty value kit with 2 sampler packs of tobacco and fruit. his bonus material was 5 extra cartomizers and 5 5ml bottles of juice. he likes the fruit especially.

on the other hand im very disappointed with v4l in regaurds to my second order because i received absolutely nothing whatsoever as bonus. my first order i got 4 extra cartomizers, but my second order came with no bonus at all. anyway i wanted to let u all know im happy for my freind cuz hes happy with his pv kit and the rediculous amount of bonus stuff he got, and wanted to vent cuz i was disappointed that i didnt get any bonus stuff at all.

Regarding bonus material, I understand that's pretty much the luck of the draw. I've never gotten more than a carto or two, out of many orders. My last order, which was my biggest ever, with exception of my starter kits, I got nothing. I read about people getting lots of goodies, batteries, bottles of juice, handfuls of cartos, and I get jealous too, but all I can do is hope that someday my name gets in that lucky spot.

Just wanted you to know you're not alone. Vent on!

A bonus is a gift,its nice to get a gift but it shouldnt be expected.Ive had many orders without bonuses.It just makes it special when there is one.As long as I get what I paid for and have great customer service,its a good thing.Maybe next time you will get a bonus.Be happy,some companies never give anything extra.

It seems to me that freebies tend to be there more often when I am not using a really largely discounted coupon code. At 25% or even more being taken off, certainly understandable. The V4L packing list also says something like "Please enjoy the discounts or extras!"

I've not been able to discern any pattern to it, myself. I've paid full price, before I knew about SMILIN, and gotten 1 carto, then gotten no bonus whatsoever, with the packing list reading "Please enjoy the extras!" When I was new, I thought the battery sock was my extra.

And I do understand not getting extras with deep discounts. Heck, I understand not getting extras at all, ever. I agree with keyzy that the only obligation the company has is to give me what I pay for and give me the customer service I've come to expect.

I can also understand the need to vent occasionally.

i dont really see a reason to explain the bonus repeatedly, i mean i get the point, but whatever.....all i said was i was disappointed. i didnt say the company was terrible and ill never order from them again, i was just expressin my feelings alongside my main point which was to say my freind got his order in and was very happy about it.

about the samples. i've received some great stuff before and it made me buy those flavors that i never would have bought before. but i don't expect to see them when i bought at 15% off PLUS free shipping.
